Report Unsafe and Unhealthy
Railroad Conditions Here

All railroad workers are encouraged to report conditions on the property where you work. It is vital that we all do our part to get the word out there and hold the rail carriers accountable to provide a safe workplace. Please report unsafe, unsanitary, unprotected, and dangerous conditions on the form below.

Include any and all instances of the carrier failing to follow Center for Disease Control guidelines, or using the FRA “waiver” of Safety Regulations to avoid safety practices enforcement. Make an individual entry for each instance. Please be brief and concise.

While all fields are required*, if you do not wish to disclose them, you may type ANONYMOUS for Terminal and/or Division/Service Unit.

They waited along time before they finally started get sanitizers and cleaning supplies into the middle of April. They didn’t pass out masks until the end of April. They engines are filthy. They keep abolishing jobs and no one there to give us supplies that we need. The management need to be fired. They do not care about their employees at all. They harass u if u lay off sick. The management refuse to give rides to the employees that have come in of. The road who are dead under the hours of service. They are to busy going out for coffee or getting their lunches. The management is worthless. They write people up for violations and lie on documents. They protect them selves. It is an unsafe and unhealthy place to work at.

While masks were advertised as being available to all T&E crews 2 Mondays ago, none are available in the field. Cleaning supplies have been hit and miss as far as availability goes. PTI minivans mean no social distancing, particularly when hauling 2 crews. Neither Atlanta nor Chattanooga PTI yard vans can demonstrate cleaning supplies to provide sanitizing between crews, except personally supplied materials. Availability of cleaning materials in crew reporting locations hit and miss.
